Privacy Policy

Booking a call — when you book at boolland.com/book we collect what you enter: your name, email address, WhatsApp number, business or company name, the service you're interested in, your chosen timeslot and timezone, and your answers to the briefing questions.

Technical data — to protect the booking form from abuse we store a one-way hash of your network address for a few days (never the address itself). Our website also uses Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity, which set cookies and collect usage data (pages visited, device and browser type, approximate location) to help us understand how the site is used.

To schedule and run the call you booked — including sending your calendar invitation with the Google Meet link — to prepare for that conversation using the brief you shared, to follow up on your enquiry, and, if we work together, to deliver the services you engage us for.

We do not sell your personal data, and we don't use it for third-party advertising.

Booking records are stored with Supabase (hosted in Singapore). Calendar events are created in Google Workspace, so the details you submit appear in the calendar invitation shared between you and the Boolland team member hosting the call. The website runs on Vercel.

These providers process data on our behalf under their own security and privacy commitments; access within Boolland is limited to the team members who handle your enquiry.

Booking and enquiry records are kept while they are relevant to our conversation or engagement with you, or until you ask us to delete them. Abuse-protection hashes expire automatically within days.

Under the PDPA you can ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal data we hold about you, or withdraw consent to further contact. Email engage@boolland.com and we'll respond promptly. You can also decline cookies in your browser settings; the site works without them.
